Paradigm is one of the top 3 leading talent agencies in the entertainment industry that specializes in working with actors, musicians, writers and more.

My role at Paradigm will forever be valuable to me because it involved wearing many hats that have trained me to working in fast-paced environments. I was one of two creatives that helped support offices in Beverly Hills, Nashville, Monterey and New York with marketing materials that agents would use to pitch their clients for upcoming jobs like acting roles, ambassador (partnership) deals, commercials and more.

I was viewed as the go-to person to edit electronic press kits and design digital one-sheets for associates to sell their clients. Also, I was responsible for making layouts for featured clients when they would win an award like a Grammy or Tony. These designs would be used for magazines and websites like Variety and the Hollywood Reporter.
